Cuong Doan
Massage by Cuong – 412-400-8392

I have been practicing Massage Therapy for the past 17 years since my graduation from The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. I have worked at spas, hair salons, with chiropractors and at athletic clubs where I have come in contact with all body types and levels of physical fitness. My experience is extensive and I will provide my clients with the most relaxing and stress reliving massage possible. I use a combination of gentle pressure on reflex points of the feet, hands, and face in conjunction with Swedish long gliding and kneading strokes; this improves circulation and lengthens muscles; which reduces tension and pain. I offer exfoliating treatments, honey cucumber facials and hot stone massage to aid in relaxation and stress relief. I became a massage therapist because I wanted to be integral part of my client’s physical wellness. I believe I help in controlling chronic pain and stress through massage and trigger point therapy. I have worked with clients who have carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, knee and lower back pain, rotator cuff discomfort, and the list goes on. Trigger point therapy is part of the treatment options and a major component in my success in treating pain. Trigger points left untreated can be debilitating and painful. I would like everyone to experience the benefits of massage with trigger point therapy so I have kept my pricing affordable. I accept appointments Monday through Friday 9 am to 7pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. Please contact me if you need further information or would like to schedule a massage.

Peg Hensley
Ortho-Bionomy and Reiki – 724-544-1951

I have been a student of Ortho-Bionomy since 2007 and have completed over 112 hours of instruction to become an Associate Member of Society of Ortho-Bionomy, Intl. I have also been attuned to Usui Reiki Level II. By incorporating both of these modalities into each session I work to help the client move away from pain and stress and towards greater comfort and balance.

Humans and animals respond equally well to these modalities. Animals may even respond better than we do, since they immediately recognize a position of greater comfort and release old patterns. I have spent years working on my own horses and believe the work has helped them be happier and perform better under saddle.

I work on both people and animals.

*Ortho-bionomy is a gentle system of healing that uses positional releases to remind the body of its natural ability to restore balance. It is based on a simple and profound philosophy: allow the body to correct itself. The hallmark of Ortho-Bionomy is pain relief.

(*Description from the S.O.B.I. webpage, http://www.ortho-bionomy.org ) Reiki is a Japanese word meaning cosmic or universal lifeforce. Healing means restoring harmony to mind, body and spirit. By using gentle touch, the energy in your body will be balanced, thereby creating healing. What do you have to lose?

Both ortho-bionomy and reiki are gentle, non-invasive systems that cause no further pain. The client remains fully clothed and the focus is entirely on their comfort. The worst thing that can happen is that nothing will happen.

The only thing you have to lose…..is your pain!
